A green light for sales table!!

Following in depth and exhaustive discussions between parties (Les & Gordale) it has been agreed that trees sales can take place during our club show-as long as people don't take the 'Michael' & set up a trade stall!!
Happy days.

Club Show Sales Table

A notice to members-
It has been discussed tentatively to possibly have a tree sales/raffle prize table at the club show at Gordale -as per the one we used to run a few years ago.
The idea is to sell/auction/raffle any bonsai, pre bonsai or Yamadori that are looking for new homes.

So any members that have trees that are wishing to find a new garden that they can call home, should bring them along to the show and look forward to some possible remuneration (minus a slice for the club!!!!-obviously)
Any similarity to any existing website or logo is purely coincidental.........honest!!!!!!

July ToTM

Joint winners this month, as chosen by Fiona- Lee's twin trunk Juniper and Les's shohin Juniper .

(Plus if you go to stonemonkey's Maidstone society blog he takes great delight in being the producer of both pots!!!)
Well done all!

July Meeting -Show prep

OK,... Ok,..... how about if we.........
Our newest member presents an offering (bribe.. to you and me!!)
I think Fiona now beats me as being the person with furthest to travel to a meeting.......from Scotland!!

One potential conclusion.........

New members are always welcome, just come along to one of our monthly meetings at the RAFA club. You can even 'try us out' for a few months before you decide on joining as an official member. The meetings are informal (there's a bar!) and the club members are (mostly) friendly, approachable and happy to pass on guidance and information to anybody interested in bonsai- whatever your level of experience.
